Orders will be processed within 2-7 working days from the date of payment, unless otherwise specified for custom or personalized orders.

Cancellation Policy:
Customers can request to cancel their order within 24 hours of making the payment. Once custom or personalized orders have been received and production has commenced, cancellations are not possible.

Custom / Personalized Orders:
Custom or personalized orders may take 1-2 weeks to process, depending on the quantity ordered.

Customers are required to provide a valid contact number during checkout. This is especially necessary for orders exceeding $250, where courier or EMS services may be utilized for delivery.

Shipping Methods:
For orders to Japan, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand, government postal services will be used due to specific item restrictions. Standard delivery via postal service may take 2-6 weeks. Customers have the option to expedite delivery through courier services at an additional cost.

Product Availability:
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable for immediate dispatch, customers will be notified promptly.

Pricing and Payments:
